delicious breakfast good access

The buffet breakfast was very delicious and the coffee machine worked well. I found easy access to both the bus and metro from here. I also appreciated good local restaurants were nearby.

The heating in the room was not good. The maximum temperature was only 22 degrees Celsius. There was no way to make it warmer.

excessively warm room safety mechanism

The room was excessively warm. i tried adjusting the temperature, but it remained at 25°c. this, combined with a strong, chemical-like perfume, made it difficult to relax and sleep. the hob in the kitchenette did not work. I later learned about a child safety mechanism. it would have been helpful to have instructions provided upfront, rather than discovering this late.

The room was spacious. It had a mini kitchen, a hairdryer, and air conditioning. I also found a mirror in the hallway. sleep quality was very good, thanks to the comfortable bed and the roller shutters on the windows. the included breakfast was sufficient, priced at 15 euro. i appreciate the reasonable price for all these amenities.

Cleaners broke a bottle of wine i had bought, i was not informed immediately. This was annoying.

metro station kitchenware provided faulty ac new staff

The hotel location was near the Metro station. This made accessing public transportation easy. The room was clean. It had basic kitchenware provided.

The ac did not work. The staff did not do anything about it even after repeated complaints. I checked in late around midnight, the person at the reception was new and could not help with ac. I had other questions at the time.
